1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. If your location is not covered by our courier partners, we will notify you immediately.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor the shipment status.

5. Delivery Partners

We use trusted courier services like Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability of the recipient, re-shipping charges may apply.
In case of failed delivery, we will attempt to contact you before canceling the order.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package, please capture photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Missing items should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package.
